If you pay prior to May 1, 2008 (or if you submitted a paper, abstract or outline prior to May 1, 2008), you are eligible for the $295 early responder discounted registration fee. If you are a student that is accompanying a faculty member, you are eligible for the Student Registration Fee of $150.
